Remindear is a private, text-only AI product. It lets one signed-in account create one memory profile and a conversation grounded in text that account chooses to provide. This release does not accept photographs, recordings, or public memorials.

Information we collect

We store your sign-in account identifier, verified email and optional display name; profile text; conversation messages; reply feedback and corrections; timestamps; and basic security records. For billing, we store the selected plan, transaction and checkout references, currency, amount, payment status, access dates, and refund status. We also record model provider, model, input, cached-input and output token counts, and estimated cost for generated replies.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your private space, generate replies, preserve your edits, process access, prevent automated abuse, answer support requests, and maintain service reliability. Remindear does not sell your information and does not use your profile, conversation, or feedback to train or fine-tune AI models.

AI processing

When a model reply is requested, the profile and recent conversation needed for that reply are sent to the configured AI provider solely to generate the response. The provider processes the request under its own service terms and data controls. Guided previews and safety responses are clearly separated and do not consume the free reply allowance.

Payments

Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record. It processes payment methods, billing details, taxes, receipts, fraud checks, and refunds under its own privacy notice. Remindear receives signed transaction events but does not receive or store your full card number or wallet credentials.

Storage and retention

Product records are held in a private Cloudflare D1 database and separated by account identifier. Your profile and conversation remain until you permanently delete the private space. Expiry of a paid pass does not delete them. Limited operational and security records may remain where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or backup expiry.

Your choices

You can edit the memory profile, correct replies, export the profile and conversation, stop using the service, or permanently delete the private space. Deletion removes its profile, messages, feedback, and linked AI usage records. Purchase records may be retained where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other law requires.
