Private by design, clear by default.

Remindear is a private text-product alpha. The public landing-page waitlist collects only an email address. The signed-in product lets you create one text memory profile and conversation. This version does not accept photographs or recordings.

What we collect

For the waitlist: your email address, signup source, and time. For the product: the account identifier supplied by Google or Sign in with ChatGPT, the profile text you choose to add, conversation messages, reply feedback, and timestamps. Google sign-in also supplies your verified email address and optional display name so Remindear can identify and display your account. When checkout is active, we also store a checkout reference, Paddle transaction identifier, payment status, price identifier, amount, currency, and access status.

Why we collect it

To provide your private profile and conversation, keep your edits, improve reply quality from your explicit feedback, protect the service, and contact waitlist members about access. We do not sell this information.

AI processing

When full AI responses are enabled, the profile context and recent conversation needed for a reply are sent to the configured model provider. Remindear requests that individual Responses API calls are not stored by the provider. A guided, clearly labelled preview is used when no model is connected.

Account and storage

Google sign-in or Sign in with ChatGPT identifies your account. Product records are stored in a private database and separated by the provider-specific account identifier. Signing in through a different provider may create a separate private space. Remindear does not receive your Google password, and the temporary Google access token used to complete sign-in is not stored. A secure sign-in cookie keeps a Google session active for up to 30 days.

Payment processing

Paddle is the merchant of record for founding-access purchases. Paddle collects and processes the payment method, billing details, tax information, receipt, fraud checks, and refunds under its own privacy notice. Remindear receives signed transaction and refund events so it can open or remove access. We do not receive or store your full card number or wallet credentials.

How long we keep it

Profile and conversation data remain until you delete the private space. The product includes export and permanent deletion controls. Waitlist messages will provide an opt-out path. Operational backups and security logs, if any, may take a limited period to expire.

Your choices

You can edit the source profile, export it with the conversation, stop using the product, or permanently delete the profile and its messages. Do not provide material you do not have the right to use.

Not included in this alpha

Photographs, voice recordings, synthetic voice, and public memorial pages are not accepted by the current product. Payment method details are handled by Paddle rather than stored by Remindear.
