Remindear provides an early, private text tool that creates generated conversation from material you choose to provide. The product may change, pause, or experience errors during alpha.

Adults and rights

You must be an adult and have the right to provide the profile material. Do not use Remindear to impersonate a living person, deceive another person, create evidence, conduct a transaction, or represent someone's actual wishes.

Founding payment and access

Where checkout is active, Remindear offers three free generated replies followed by US$49 one-time founding access for one account and one memorial profile. Founding access covers the current private text product and future founding updates to that text product. It does not promise voice recreation, permanent availability, unlimited model usage, or features that are described as separate experiments. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes the transaction, tax, receipt, and payment details. Remindear does not receive or store your full card or wallet credentials. Access is activated only after a valid signed payment confirmation is received.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase using the support details in your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds end paid access for the account. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Chargebacks or payment reversals may also suspend access while the transaction is reviewed.

Text memorial material

The signed-in alpha accepts text traits, habits, phrases, memories, boundaries, messages, and feedback. Do not add secrets, account credentials, health records, or material that would unreasonably invade another person's privacy. Photographs and recordings are not accepted in this version.

No spirit communication

Remindear is an AI simulation based on user-provided material. It cannot communicate with, revive, contain, or represent the actual wishes of a deceased person.

Generated content can be wrong

AI and guided responses may feel unlike the person, omit context, or make mistakes. Treat every response as generated writing, not fact, testimony, consent, or instruction. Unknown memories should not be inferred.

Not clinical or emergency support

This product is not therapy, medical care, crisis intervention, or an emergency service. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person near you.

Prohibited high-impact use

Do not use the product to make medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, housing, education, or other high-impact decisions. The service may step out of the memorial voice when these topics arise.
