A careful tool, with clear limits.

Remindear provides a private text tool that generates conversation from material you choose to provide. It is an AI simulation—not the person, spirit communication, testimony, consent, or a statement of anyone's actual wishes.

Eligibility and rights

You must be an adult and have the right to provide the material you add. Do not use Remindear to impersonate a living person, deceive someone, create evidence, conduct a transaction, or unreasonably invade another person's privacy.

Free access and one-time passes

One account may receive 10 successful model-generated replies free without a payment card. Safety responses, guided previews, and failed requests do not use that allowance. Paid launch passes are one-time purchases: 7 days, 30 days, 1 year, or founding lifetime. They do not renew automatically. A timed pass begins after valid signed payment confirmation; another timed purchase extends from the later of the current expiry time or confirmation time.

Founding lifetime access

Founding lifetime is limited to the first 200 active, non-refunded purchases. It provides access to Remindear's text product for the life of the service, subject to these Terms and reasonable personal use. It is not a promise of perpetual operation, every future feature, unlimited automated use, voice, photographs, sharing, or public memorials.

Reasonable use

Generated replies are protected by anti-automation limits, currently 20 per account per hour and 100 per account per day. These safeguards apply to paid access as well as free access and may be adjusted to protect users, service stability, or economically abusive usage. They are not an ordinary monthly message allowance.

Expiry and refunds

After access expires, you may still read history, edit the profile, export, or permanently delete the private space; only new generated replies pause. Refund eligibility follows the published Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. A confirmed refund removes only the access created by that purchase; remaining valid purchases are recalculated.

Generated content and safety

Replies can be wrong, incomplete, or unfamiliar. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, housing, education, or other high-impact decisions. Remindear is not therapy, crisis support, or an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or a trusted person if you may be in immediate danger.

Availability and enforcement

We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and may restrict abusive, deceptive, illegal, automated, or security-threatening use. Mandatory rights that apply where you live are not limited by these Terms.
