A clear policy for every pass.

Every Remindear launch plan is a one-time purchase. The following windows apply unless stronger mandatory consumer rights apply where you live.

7-day pass

Refunds are available for a material service failure that prevents use, a duplicate charge, or where required by law. A general change of mind is not refundable for this short-duration pass.

30-day pass

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

1-year and founding lifetime

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

How to request one

Use the support details in your Waffo Pancake receipt or the Remindear Help page. Include the checkout email and transaction reference, but never send a full card number or wallet credentials.

After approval

Waffo Pancake returns approved funds to the original payment method. Processing time depends on that provider. When the signed refund event arrives, Remindear removes only the access created by that purchase and recalculates any other active purchases. Your profile and history remain available to read, export, or delete.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not restrict cooling-off, cancellation, defective-service, or other non-waivable consumer rights. Fraudulent or abusive requests outside applicable rights may be declined.
